I am a full-stack developer with programming experience including Java, Python, Ruby on Rails, HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript. I also have some graphic design experience with Photoshop, Gimp, and Blender. Learning new programming languages is a hobby of mine as I like to work towards the “aha” moment that happens after finally understanding something. Also, I love gaming and owls!

I’ve developed in Back-end & Front-end, and have held IT & software engineer related positions for 5 years now. I started out in the IT industry with PC repair and custom PC builds, and have worked my way up to full-stack software engineering.

Gaslight was an incredible opportunity for me to experience the Agile development process first hand while also experiencing partner based coding. The internship was fast-paced but I recieved great first-hand training which allowed me to become proficient with Ruby, React, and Bootstrap in only six weeks. Below are a few screenshots of a scheduling app I made with a team during my time at Gaslight.
